New Delhi: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited Kochi Refinery emerge winners of the NIPM Young Managers’ Contest 2024 for BEST PRACTICES IN HR. 

Mr. Shijil Subash PS, Manager (HR), Mr. Sachin V Mathew, Manager (Maint) and Mr. Balagirish J, Manager (Finance) represented Team Kochi Refinery that bagged the coveted rolling trophy for the year. The team submitted a case study on the HR interventions for the recent turnaround of the gigantic units of the IREP of Kochi Refinery, where we focused on the 3-E approach of Engage, Empathize and Elevate.

The 2024 version of NIPM Young Managers Contest (YMC 2024) in Association with V Guard Industries Ltd., Rajagiri Business School and Rajagiri Collage of Social Sciences(Autonomous) highlights the impact that HR teams in Kerala have generated to power HR / People Practices.

Kerala Chapter highlighted the BEST HR PRACTICES followed and adopted by the Organizations and celebrated Business Success stories in the form of case studies. The NIPM Kerala Chapter organised the contest in Kochi on  23rd February 2024.
