BPCL Kochi Refinery emerge winners of NIPM Young Managers’ Contest 2024

New Delhi: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited Kochi Refinery emerge winners of the NIPM Young Managers’ Contest 2024 for BEST PRACTICES IN HR.
Mr. Shijil Subash PS, Manager (HR), Mr. Sachin V Mathew, Manager (Maint) and Mr. Balagirish J, Manager (Finance) represented Team Kochi Refinery that bagged the coveted rolling trophy for the year. The team submitted a case study on the HR interventions for the recent turnaround of the gigantic units of the IREP of Kochi Refinery, where we focused on the 3-E approach of Engage, Empathize and Elevate.
