Chairman, CIL Meets Australia's High Commissioners to discuss Renewable Energy and Decarbonization
NEW DELHI- Shri Pramod Agrawal, Chairman, Coal India, met the Hon. Barry O’Farrell AO, Australian High Commissioner to India at CIL's corporate office in Kolkata. Discussions were held on the use of renewable energy, hydrogen, and other forms of decarbonisation as a way forward for CIL towards cleaner energy. Existing and proposed engagements between CIL and Australian research organisations were also reviewed.
During the deliberations, Dr. B Veera Reddy, Director (T), CIL, Sri Debasish Nanda, Director (BD), CIL, Sri Mukesh Choudhary, Director (M), CIL, and Sri A. K. Samantaray, ED (CA), CIL were present.
