CIL say no to plastic distributes jute shopping bags free
Sambalpur: CIL has started a ‘say no to plastic’ campaign in an effort to spread awareness against single use plastic in its various subsidiaries. It is distributing environmentally friendly jute bags free of cost. In one such initiative, Mahanadi Coalfields Ltd. distributed jute bags at the weekly market in Goshala, on the peripheral area of Sambalpur. Many local residents benefitted as they took home the shopping bags for free.
