New Delhi: Team Engineers India Limited and Mongol Refinery resumed external construction activities at the Mongol Refinery Project site after a cold season break with the commencement and completion of 500 Cu.M concreting for the Sub Station-03 foundations of the EPC-2 package. In Mongolia, during the cold season, the temperature reaches sub-zero ranging from (-1) to (-35) degrees C which, in turn, halts construction activities.
