Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HINDPETRO) has officially announced the retirement of Shri Rajesh Mehtani, who served as Executive Director (I/C) – Aviation. Shri Mehtani superannuated from the services of the company effective 1st March 2026.
The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and has been formally communicated to both the BSE Limited (Scrip Code: 500104) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (Symbol: HINDPETRO).
