Bharat Petroleum Announces Senior Management Changes Following Retirements
Mumbai, 1st March 2026: Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has officially announced the retirement of two of its senior executives. Shri Abhai Raj Singh Bhandari, Executive Director of the Mumbai Refinery, and Shri Sundaravadhanan R., Head of the Business Process Excellence Centre, have superannuated from the services of the company, effective 28th February 2026.
The announcement was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, ensuring timely communication to the stock exchanges. BPCL informed both the BSE Limited (Scrip Code: 500547) and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE Symbol: BPCL) regarding these changes in its senior management.
