New Delhi, 1st March 2026: Engineers India Limited (EIL) has announced the completion of the term of its Chairman and Managing Director, Smt. Vartika Shukla (DIN: 08777885). She superannuated on 28th February 2026, officially ceasing to hold her position as of 1st March 2026.

This disclosure has been made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and EIL has formally informed both the BSE Limited (Scrip Code: 532178) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (Symbol: ENGINERSIN).
