Noida, 1st March 2026: National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), a Navratna public sector enterprise, announced the retirement of Shri Hira Nand (DIN: 09476034), who served as Director (Finance) and Chief Financial Officer of the company. Shri Nand superannuated on 28th February 2026 and ceased to hold his positions effective 1st March 2026.
The announcement has been made in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and has been formally communicated to the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (Symbol: NFL) and BSE Limited (Scrip Code: 523630).
