CWC Signed an MoA with CONCOR
New Delhi: Central Warehousing Corporation, as a result of its renewed efforts to expand its business by operating a logistics facility at Pipavav Port, signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the Container Corporation of India Ltd. on 10 Sep 2018 at Head Quarter of Container Corporation of India Limited, CONCOR Bhawan, New Delhi.
Under this MoA, the Central Warehousing Corporation and Container Corporation of India Ltd. will work together by forming a Joint Working Group as per the mutually agreed terms and conditions incorporated in the MoA and as per future requirements.
This MOA is initially valid for the period of 10 (Ten) years from the date of its signing or expiry of the lease period of Central Warehousing Corporation, CFS Pipavav, whichever is earlier and may be renewed for further extension on agreed terms and conditions by the parties from time to time. This arrangement will be beneficial to both the organization as well as to the trade.
