Director (HR), BPCL superannuates after 37 years of distinguished service

New Delhi: Mr. K. Padmakar, Director (HR) superannuates on New Year's Eve, December 31, 2021, after more than 37 years of distinguished service, where he delivered sound value propositions for all stakeholders, ranging from strategy to execution, involving various aspects of Human Resource Management such as Talent Management, Industrial Relations, Learning & Development, Change Management, Compensation Benefits, HR systems including ERP and subsequent layers on it, Service Law, Discipline Management, etc. 

He is also a self-taught artist and has taken part in various group exhibitions in India, besides being an avid photographer and having a keen interest in music.
