New Delhi: Under mission 'SANJIBANI' AND 'SAMBANDH', ECL has launched an initiative christened ‘DISHARI’ (meaning ‘Guide’) with objective of providing more efficient and faster single window service to the family of deceased employee seeking employment under NCWA. The initiative was inaugurated by CMD in presence of Functional Directors of ECL by unveiling the compendium ‘DISHARI’ at Headquarter, Sanctoria, on the eve of MayLabour day.
The initiative ‘DISHARI’ has been conceptualised in consultation with Corporate JCC members of ECL and consists of establishing Help desk at each Area and Headquarter to facilitate various requirements of bereaved family seeking employment under NCWA. The Helpdesk Nodal Officer shall reach out to the family and assist in completing formalities in proactive manner. Process efficiency has been brought in by eliminating two-step screening to one by the joint committee of colliery and Area. Entire process is to be completed in a time-bound manner. The initiative seeks to minimize difficulties of already distressed family in a proactive manner.
Shri Vinay Ranjan, Director (Personnel), ECL, dedicated the ‘DISHARI’ Helpdesk to service of ECL HQ office.
