New Delhi: EIL conducted a Behavior-Based Safety workshop with a view to promote health, well-being and safety of Site Personnel at HPCL's HRRL Barmer, project site. The objective of this training is to influence employee actions towards safer outcomes, ideally by preventing an accident or injury before it occurs.
BBS program implementation is the most effective way for employers to promote safety, eliminate hazards and prevent injuries. When implemented correctly, a BBS program, can provide positive rewards to change unsafe behavior, reduce job-related injuries, minimize lost production hours and improve workplace morale—essential ingredients for creating a strong safety culture
