GAIL’s USA subsidiary entered into Advance Pricing Agreement with IRS
New Delhi: GAIL’s 100% subsidiary in the USA, GAIL Global USA Inc (GGUI) and the Internal Revenue Services (IRS) entered into the Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) for determining the Transfer Pricing Margin payable on its Export of LNG from the USA for five years.
The agreement was signed by APMA Director Mr. John Wall and President, GGUI.
