Hindustan Copper Limited launches micro enterprise to encourage Copper usage
HCL celebrates its 54th Foundation Day today on November 9, 2021
New Delhi: Hindustan Copper Limited, in service of the nation since November 09, 1967, celebrated its 54th Foundation Day today on November 9, 2021, to encourage Copper usage and improve the livelihoods of the metal craftsmen, HCL has decided to encourage micro-enterprises at its Mining Units.
In commemoration of HCL’s Foundation day, the first such micro enterprise was launched today by Shri Arun Kumar Shukla, CMD, HCL, with the craftsmen of Kuilisuta Village, Mosabani Block, East Singhbhum District of Jharkhand near Indian Copper Complex.
Director Operations, Mr. Sanjay Panjiyar, Director Finance, Mr. Ghanshyam Sharma, and other senior officials were also present in the occasion. The Company plans to provide Copper, modern tools, and support for training the artisans.
