NLCIL to declare Final Dividend, and Q4 results on May 15

New Delhi: NLCIL today in its BSE filing informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 15th May 2024, to consider and approve, inter-alia, the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024 and to consider the declaration of Final Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2023-24.

The company also mentioned that, as intimated earlier, in terms of the Company’s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulation, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by the Designated Persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed from 31st March, 2024 till 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending 31st March, 2024.
