HUDCO Signs MoU with Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority
The MoU aims to facilitate collaboration in extending long- term financial assistance for planned and sustainable infrastructure development in the region.
Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, Chairman & Managing Director HUDCO, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dr. Arun Vir Singh, CEO, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), on 21st August, 2024. On this occasion, Shri M Nagaraj, Director (Corporate Planning) HUDCO, Shri Daljeet Singh Khatri, Director (Finance) HUDCO along with Ms. Shruti, Additional CEO YEIDA, Shri Kapil Singh, Additional CEO, YEIDA and senior officials were also present.

The key projects include land acquisition, the development of industrial estates, electronic city, housing projects, and the associated infrastructure development of other urban facilities along both sides of the Yamuna Expressway.

This includes cost control, quality assurance, speedy execution, timely completion, and coordination with various stakeholders for projects implemented by YEIDA.
Capacity-building is another area where support of HUDCO will be extended for conducting need based Research & Training, through the Human Settlement Management Institute (HSMI) of HUDCO.
