IGL awarded for excellent customer service
We are proud to share that IGL was awarded for best Customer Experience in Utilities Sector in the award category Customer Experience – Industry Specific at the '13th edition of Customer Fest Awards, 2020' on 5th February 2020 at Mumbai.
The Fest focuses on customer loyalty, experience, data, technologies & people from across the industry and is the biggest award recognising best customer centric practices, loyalty programmes, and initiatives from across sectors and industries.
