Indian Oil commemorated Vigilance Awareness Week 2022

New Delhi: IndianOil today commemorated the Vigilance Awareness Week 2022 and renewed its resolve to energise a corruption-free India at an event in Corporate Office Delhi. The special event was graced by Mr Suresh N Patel, Central Vigilance Commissioner; Mr S M Vaidya, Chairman & IndianOil Functional Directors.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Suresh N Patel said, "IndianOil plays a vital role in national progress, and our inherent value systems will drive the growth of IndianOil & India. So, for sustained growth, we must remain vigilant against corruption. I also appreciate IndianOil's digitalisation endeavours. Such forays not only help in attaining business goals but also in increasing the transparency and efficiency of processes".
Sharing his thoughts, Chairman Mr S M Vaidya said, "A vigilant mind is our greatest weapon against the most ravaging virus in the world; Corruption. Let's reiterate our commitment to unite for a corruption-free India. Earlier, welcoming the dignitaries, Mr Ranjan Kumar Mohapatra, Director (HR), IndianOil, said, "IndianOil has been doing its best by strengthening the institutional safeguards against corruption at every level. We believe that preventive and participative vigilance is essential to achieve excellence".
Mr Anant Kumar Singh, CVO, IndianOil, also spoke during the event and said, "A dynamic Vigilance department has enabled IndianOil management to take preventive and proactive decisions that uphold the highest standards of integrity".
