Kurian Parambi, BPCL ED (HR) superannuates after 35 years of service
New Delhi: A strong believer in the transformation of People, Processes & Capabilities, Shri Kurian Parambi, Executive Director (HR) superannuated yesterday on August 31 after 35 years of exemplary service in Bharat Petroleum Corporation where he made immense contributions to HR.
He played a major role in the conceptualization and launch of the ‘Integrated Career Development Framework’, which enmeshes career growth with exposure across different businesses and geographies.
