MIDHANI CMD and Director (Production & Marketing) gets Extension
Chairman & Managing Director Dr. S.V.S. Narayana Murty's additional charge as Director (Production & Marketing) has been extended for one month, according to a recent regulatory filing.
New Delhi, September 18, 2025: MIDHANI Chairman & Managing Director, Dr. S.V.S. Narayana Murty gets the extension for its additional charge of Director (Production & Marketing). The company today informed through its regulatory filing.
Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence, has vide its letter dated September 18, 2025 conveyed approval of competent authority for extension of additional charge arrangement of the post of Director (Production & Marketing) to Dr. S.V.S. Narayana Murty (DIN: 11065319), Chairman & Managing Director for a period one month with effect from October 1, 2025 or till regular incumbent joins the post or until further orders, whichever is the earliest, it mentioned.
Before joining MIDHANI, he was working at the Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre (LPSC), ISRO, focusing on the indigenization and supply of critical materials for India’s space program.
