Defence PSU, Midhani paid Interim Dividend for FY 21-22 to Govt
Dr. Sanjay Kumar Jha, Chairman & Managing Director - MIDHANI, presented the Interim Dividend RTGS intimation bank advice / Interim Dividend cheque to the Hon’ble Raksha Mantri, Shri Rajnath Singh, in New Delhi on March 31, 2022.
The Interim Dividend was declared by the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on March 14, 2022.
New Delhi: Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (MIDHANI), a Mini Ratna Defence PSU, has paid Interim Dividend Rs. 21,62,65,296/- (Rupees Twenty-one crore sixty-two lakh sixty-five thousand two hundred ninety-six only) (i.e. Rs. 1.56/- per equity share) to the Government of India for FY 2021- 22 on 13,86,31,600 number of equity shares (74% of total paid-up capital) held by the Government of India.

Dr. Ajay Kumar, Defence Secretary, Shri Sanjay Jaju, Additional Secretary (DP), Shri Anurag Bajpai, Joint Secretary (P&C), and Shri N. Gowri Sankara Rao, Director (Finance), MIDHANI, Devjit Ghosh, Regional Manager (Delhi) ), Midhani were also present on the occasion.
The Interim Dividend was declared by the Board of Directors at their Meeting held on March 14, 2022.
