NBCC & it's subsidiary HSCL paid dividend to the Govt
The Dividend cheque(s) were handed over to Shri Hardeep Singh Puri, Hon'ble Minister for Housing & Urban Affairs (MoHUA) and Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas by CMD NBCC and HSCL
New Delhi: NBCC (India) Ltd, a Navratna CPSE and its subsidiary Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited (HSCL), a Miniratna under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), paid Dividend of Rs 55.58 crore and Rs 4.1 crore (including interim dividend) respectively to the Government of India (GOI) for FY 2021-22 on October 26, 2022.
The Dividend cheque(s) were handed over to Shri Hardeep Singh Puri, Hon'ble Minister for Housing & Urban Affairs (MoHUA) and Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas by Shri Pawan Kumar Gupta, Chairman & Managing Director, NBCC and Chairman, HSCL in the presence of Shri Manoj Joshi, Secretary (MoHUA).
Other distinguished guests who graced the occasion included, Smt B.K. Sokhey, Director (Finance) and Smt. Deepti Gambhir, Company Secretary, NBCC; Shri TLN Reddy, Managing Director; HSCL, Shri Rahul Kashyap, Government Nominee Director/ Director (Delhi Division), MoHUA and Smt. Ruchi Gupta, Company Secretary, HSCL.
