NBCC appreciated for Pre-Construction project of Squash courts at Major Dhyan Chand stadium
Hon’ble Ministers appreciated NBCC for its commitment to the Pre-Construction activity of this Project and to start the work in a record time of three months after award work.
New Delhi: Hon'ble Minister of External Affairs, Dr. S Jaishankar, and Hon'ble Minister of Youth Affairs & Sports, Shri Kiren Rijiju jointly laid the Foundation Stone of 6 Nos. Squash Courts at Major Dhyan Chand Stadium, on December 16, 2020. This project will be constructed by NBCC Delhi.
Shri Sandip Pradhan, DG, SAI; L.S. Singh, Joint Secretary (Sports-Development); Cyrus Poncha, Secy General of Squash Rackets Federation of India & Neelesh Shah, Director (Projects), NBCC along with other officials of Ministry of Sports, SAI & NBCC were also present on the occasion.
Hon’ble Ministers appreciated NBCC for its commitment to the Pre-Construction activity of this Project and to start the work in a record time of three months after award work. The Squash Courts to be constructed will match international standards.
