NBCC Awarded with ‘North India Best Employer Brand’ Award
New Delhi: NBCC (India) Ltd, has been conferred with the esteemed ‘North India Best Employer Brand’ Award 2018 adding yet another feather to its cap. Organised by Employer Branding Institute, this is the 13th edition of the Employer Branding Awards held at the Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi recently. The prestigious award was received by Shri Manas Kaviraj, CGM (HRM), NBCC (India) Ltd., on behalf of the NBCC team, in presence of the Chief Guest, Ms. Aruna Sundararajan, Chairperson, Department of Telecommunications. The opulent award ceremony was attended by industry luminaries from over 200 companies across the sector.
The NBCC family comprises of veteran leaders and a competent workforce that form the core foundation of the organization, aligned with its overall mission and vision. An asset to the organization, employees at NBCC, are cultivated, motivated and propelled towards achieving their individual goals and objectives, within the organization.

In line with its endeavour to ensure proper talent development, management and innovation, NBCC, recently, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Construction Skill Development Council of India in order to train youth and to promote skill development in the construction sector.
