NCL empowering local youth in a new CSR initiative
New Delhi: Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), Singrauli, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Coal India Limited, under the Ministry of Coal, Government of India, and Mini Ratna (Category-I) company in a new CSR initiative is training 360 local youth living in and around the Khadia area, in-car driving.
For this initiative NCL has signed an MoU with ITI Dudhi, Sonbhadra, to train the youth for over 400 hours of in-car driving, using innovative learning tools like simulators.
This training will enable the local youth to become employable and self-reliant.
