NLCIL built two projects at Vadalur Village, Tamil Nadu under CSR
These two projects by NLCIL are worth Rs. 119.64 crore.
Tamil Nadu: Neyveli Lignite Corporation Ltd.) a 'Navratna' Government of India Enterprise constructed a Public Library and 1 lakh Litre capacity Overhead Tank with 15 HP Borewell at Vadalur Village, Cuddalore District, Tamil Nadu under its Corporate Social Responsibility.
These two projects by NLCIL are worth Rs. 119.64 crore. Shri M. R. K. Panneerselvam, Hon’ble Minister for Agriculture and Farmer’s Welfare inaugurated the projects in the presence of Shri Rakesh Kumar, CMD, NLCIL, Shri R. Vikraman, Director/HR & Mines Addl. Charge, NLCIL, and Shri Ranjeeth Singh Addl. Collector(Revenue), Cuddalore District on 27.02.2022.
NLC India Ltd. in its CSR aimed the Human Development through innovative strategies and measurable social impacts. A Holistic Approach is adopted by NLCI for achieving Inclusive Growth in its operating regions by means of formulating and implementing projects, programs, and activities for the benefit of neighborhoods in the focus areas of Rural Infrastructure, Water, Health, Education, and Capacity Building / Skill Development, etc.
