NTPC Dulanga distributes around 9000 face masks and hand wash soaps
New Delhi: NTPC Dulanga, Coal Mining Project in its efforts to combat and contain the spread of COVID 19 has been working Through its village to village awareness campaign for practicing social distancing , maintenance of personal hygiene and use of face masks. NTPC Dulanga has distributed around 9000 face masks and hand wash soaps in the surrounding villages.
Preventive health check ups are being done regularly of the locals and manpower working at the mines with Thermal scanning and other measures.The project has provided 800 packets of grocery essentials to the stranded labour in its R&R colony .It has also provided 1000 pieces of hand sanitizers, 1000 pieces of surgical masks, 200 pieces of personal protective equipments to the district administration of Sundargarh through Collector Sundargarh today to aid in fighting this global pandemic.
