NTPC receives GST orders worth Rs 7.9 crore
The order has been passed by Andhra Pradesh government under the act of Section 73 of APGST Act and CGST Act 2017.
The Power Sector PSU giant has informed that under the regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Corporation has received an order from the Deputy Commissioner (ST), State Special Circle-I, Kunchanapalli, Guntur
Distt. for the collection of Goods and Service Tax, Interest and Penalties for Andra Pradesh state.

The company informed that there is no material impact on the financials, operations or other activities of the Corporation due to the above-mentioned order.
The order has been passed by the Andhra Pradesh government under the act of Section 73 of the APGST Act and CGST Act 2017. The order period serving tenure is April 2018 to March 2019. Meanwhile, the total demand is set against Rs 7.9 crores, approximately.
