The Retired Prof. Smt. V. T. Rema is a postgraduate with M.A. (English) from Calicut University, Kerala, and M. Phil, from the same University.
Prof. V. T. Rema assumed as Independent Director on MIDHANI Board
New Delhi: Prof. V. T. Rema has assumed as Independent Director in Midhani Board with effect from March 25, 2022, for a period of three years or until further orders, whichever is earlier. The appointment of Prof. Rema, in case she does not have DIN will be effective from the date of allotment of DIN to her. Accordingly, the appointment will be effective only on allotment of DIN, an official letter mentioned.
The Retired Prof. Smt. V. T. Rema is a postgraduate with M.A. (English) from Calicut University, Kerala, and M. Phil, from the same University. She has earlier worked as Associate Professor, Government College, Pattambi, Kerala from the year 1984 to 2014 and retired as Vice-Principal.
She has been a member of the Social Welfare Board, Kerala and at present, she is serving as the State Vice President for Bharatiya Janata Party at Kerala.
