RailTel Board to Review Q2 Results and Declare Interim Dividend on October 29
RailTel has designated November 4, 2025, as the record date to identify shareholders eligible for the interim dividend, subject to Board approval.
New Delhi, Oct 23, 2025: RailTel Corporation of India Ltd, a Navratna PSU under the Ministry of Railways, will hold its Board Meeting on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.
The Board will also consider declaring an interim dividend for FY 2025–26.

The trading window has been closed since October 1, 2025, and will remain shut until 48 hours after the results are declared, in compliance with SEBI’s Insider Trading norms.
