Kolkata, Oct 23, 2025: Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd (GRSE), a Ministry of Defence undertaking, has scheduled its Board Meeting for Tuesday, November 4, 2025, to review and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.
The Board will also consider declaring an interim dividend for FY 2025–26.
