RCF organised Webinar on Cotton Crop Seminar
Dr. S.U. Nemade, Sr. Scientist, Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Yavatmal delivered a lecture on Cotton crop cultivation, fertilizer application, the importance of water-soluble fertilizers, etc.
New Delhi: RCF Amravati Area Office & Yavatmal District Office had successfully organized a Webinar on “Cotton Crop Seminar” under “Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav” on 17th August 2021 in association with the Krishi Vigyan Kendra and Maharashtra State Agriculture Department. More than 100 farmers from Amravati, Yavatmal, Akola, Washim & Buldhana participated.
Dr. S.U. Nemade, Sr. Scientist, Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Yavatmal delivered a lecture on Cotton crop cultivation, fertilizer application, the importance of water-soluble fertilizers, etc.
Dr. P.N. Magar, Entomologist, Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Yavatmal delivered a lecture on Cotton Pest Management in detail like sucking pests attack, bollworm attack & their control measures. He also discussed seed treatment & its benefits for crops. Shri. Hemantkumar Gursale, Chief Manager, Farmers Training Institute, Thal delivered a lecture on RCF products. He also discussed Sujala 19-19-19, Microla, Biola & PH balancer & their benefits for better yield & productivity.
All Agri. Graduates of Kisan Suvidha Kendra centers of Amravati Area played major role in participation of farmers & retailers from different areas. During programme, Shri. Mahesh S. Patil (Area Incharge, Amravati), Districts Incharges of Amravati & other Area were also present.
Shri Vinod Dighade (District Incharge, Amravati) summarized the lectures given by delegates & gave vote of thanks.
