Report on observance of Yoga in HCL on April 16

New Delhi: International Day Yoga (IDY), is observed all over the world on 21st June every year. In run up to the IDY 2022, as per the directives of Ministry of Ayush and Ministry of Mines, Yoga asanas were performed on 16th April 2022 in HCL at the Corporate Office (CO), Kolkata (WB), Indian Copper Complex (ICC), Ghatsila, East Singhbhum-District (Jharkhand), Khetri Copper Complex (KCC), Khetri, Jhunjhunu-District (Rajasthan), Malanjkhand Copper Project (MCP), Malanjkhand, Balaghat-District (MP), Taloja Copper Complex (TCP), Taloja, Raigad-District (Maharastra) and Gujarat Copper Project (GCP), Jhagadia, Bharuch-District (Gujarat). 

On the day, employees performed Yoga based on Common Yoga Protocol in Units, Offices and at their homes. Some employees also performed Yoga Asanas along with their family members. Benefit and importance of Yoga was shared with the employees.
