RINL Employees Bag Vishwakarma Rashtriya Puraskar
New Delhi: RINL-VSP bagged two VRP awards for innovative suggestions implemented in the plant. Shri Santosh Kumar Gangwar, Minister of State, Labour & Employment (I/c), Govt. of India presented these awards on 17th September 2018 at Dr Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi.
Shri P Raychaudhury, CMD, RINL congratulated the employees for this achievement and said that with a persistent march towards excellence, VSP has once again bagged VRP Awards. He also said that VSP employees have always been known for innovation in improving the working methods and in bringing laurels to the organization.
The VRP awards include two Class-C (ES&F and SMS-1) VRP awards (Performance year 2016) for innovative suggestions. The award carries a cash prize of Rs. 25,000/- each.
Nine employees had been involved in the implementation of two innovative suggestions. The winning employees are S/Sri Veera Lingam T, Sitaramaiah M U, Ramana V, Sriramulu B, Daya Sagar N, Pattabhi Ramanna R, Maharana J, Viswa Prasad T and Subba Rao.
Shri A S V Gopala Rao, AGM (Elec.) from SMS, Shri D Srinivas, Manager, ES&F dept who have played a key role in the implementation of these suggestions also attended the function. Shri Abhijit Chakrabarti, HoD, SMS & V K Verma, Manager (MS) have attend the function as company representatives.
