RINL Hindi Awards Distributed in TOLIC Meeting
Visakhapatnam: Shri PK Rath, CMD, RINL-VSP chaired a meeting of Town Official Language Implementation Committee, TOLIC (Undertaking) in Ukkunagaram.
The representatives of 32 Undertakings participated in this meeting. The performance with regard to Official Language implementation of each member office was reviewed and accordingly RINL, HPCL - Visakha Refinery, NTPC Simhadri, Visakha Port Trust in category - 1 and HPCL - Visakha Regional Office, GAIL (India) Ltd., MSTC, MMTC, FCI Divisional Office, FSNL and Airport Authority in category-2 were given 1st, 2nd & 3rd and Consolation prizes of ‘Rajbhasha Gourav Samman’ respectively. Respective Hindi Officers & Coordinators were also awarded with ‘Nagar Rajbhasha Samman’.
The 3rd issue of TOLIC (Undertaking) Magazine viz. ‘Visakha Dhara’ was released by the Chairman. Representative of Rajbhasha Vibhag, MoHA, Dy. Director (Implementation) Shri K P Sharma expressed that TOLIC (Undertaking) has taken up many activities in propagation of Rajbhasha amongst member offices and wished that the same efforts would be continued.
Shri Rath, while congratulating member offices awarded with Shields and made an appeal for collective efforts in implementation of Official Language Hindi in line with that of Annual Program brought out by Ministry. In his address, he expressed that active participation must be in place to ensure effective usage of E-Tools towards use of Hindi.
Shri K C Das, Director (Personnel), RINL and Vice-Chairman, TOLIC (Undertaking) Shri RV Rao, ED (CS) and Heads of Undertakings participated in thei meeting. Member Secretary & DGM (Rajbhasha) Shri Lalan Kumar coordinated.
