SAMVAAD 2.0 Organized At SJVN

Shimla: The second edition of SAMVAAD - ‘MANAGEMENT- EMPLOYEE CONNECT’, an initiative of Chairman & Managing Director, SJVN Shri Nand Lal Sharma was organized today. It is an Interactive Program where in communication - horizontally & vertically is encouraged to create more transparent & responsive culture.

 

During the program employees asked questions from SJVN Management to know more about the Vision, Future Plans, Present Business Activities and new Avenues which SJVN is pursuing. The replies to the queries of employees were given by Chairman & Managing Director, Sh. Nand Lal Sharma, Director (Electrical) Sh. R.K. Bansal, Director (Personnel), Smt. Geeta Kapur, Director (Civil) Sh. S.P Bansal and Director (Finance) Sh. A.K. Singh and other senior officers.
