SECL hosts 6th Meeting of Board of Trustees of CPRMS-NE (Modified) Trust

SECL hosted the 6th meeting of the Board of Trustees of Contributory Post Retirement Medicare Scheme for Non-Executives (CPRMS-NE) (Modified) Trust on 09th December 2024 at Raipur.

The meeting was chaired by Shri Vinay Ranjan, Director (P&IR), CIL and Chairman of Board of Trustees, CPRMS-NE (Modified) Trust and was attended by members – Shri Mukesh Agrawal, Director (Finance), CIL, Shri Keshav Rao, Director (P) MCL, Shri HN Mishra, Director (P) CCL, Shri Goutam Banerjee, GM (MP & IR), CIL, Member Secretary, Shri P Madhav Nayak, (BMS), Shri Sankar Prasad Behera (HMS), Shri Ashok Chandra Yadav (AITUC) and Shri VM Manohar (CITU).

Various issues were discussed and decisions were taken to ensure the smooth operation of the trust which included reconstitution of the trust through inclusion of Shri Mukesh Agrawal, Director (F), CIL as a new member of the Trust, appointment of a CA firm for statutory audit of the trust and adopting of audited accounts for previous financial years.

At the start of the meeting Shri Biranchi Das, Director (P) SECL extended a warm welcome to Chairman and all the members of the trust attending the meeting.
