THDCIL Organized Blood Donation Camp at Corporate Office, Rishikesh

Rishikesh: In a concerted effort to contribute towards a healthy society, THDC India Limited organized a blood donation camp at the Niramaya Swasthya Kendra, Corporate Office, Rishikesh, in collaboration with the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Rishikesh. 

Sh. R. K. Vishnoi, Chairman and Managing Director, THDCIL, emphasized the company's ongoing efforts to foster a healthy society where every individual's contribution holds significance in enhancing the well-being of the community. He expressed heartfelt appreciation to all employees who volunteered for this life-saving endeavor, highlighting their selfless act as a potential lifesaver and a beacon of hope for those in need.

Sh. Vishnoi lauded the noble initiative of THDCIL employees and expressed immense pride that THDCIL employees have always displayed exemplary dedication towards the social causes impacting the society. He appreciated their selfless gesture of overwhelming and whole hearted participation in this Blood Donation Camp.

Sh. Shallinder Singh, Director (Personnel) emphasized that although THDCIL has been trailblazer in establishing new Benchmarks in harnessing Energy, however it is equally sensitive towards Social Causes, especially those affecting the State of Uttarakhand and areas in the vicinity where our Projects are located. He also added that “There is no greater donation than donating blood”. 

Sh. Singh further highlighted the appreciable spirit of THDCIL employees of voluntarily coming forward in noble causes such as organizing blood donation camps not only exhibiting their compassion but also reinforces the organization's values of empathy and social responsibility.
