New scheme to provide skills, jobs for over 40 lakh rural youth.
NEW DELHI . The Union Finance Minister, Shri P. Chidambaram launching the National Skill Certification and Monetary Reward Scheme, in New Delhi on August 16, 2013. The Union Minister for Rural Development, Shri Jairam Ramesh, the Deputy Chairman, Planning Commission, Shri Montek Singh Ahluwalia and the Adviser to the Prime Minister in the National Council on Skill Development, Shri Subramanian Ramadorai are also seen.
