Vigilance Awareness Week inaugurated at MCL
At the outset, CMD MCL Mr. PK Sinha administered the CVC’s integrity pledge virtually to all the employees of MCL in the presence of Mr. Baban Singh, Director (Technical/ Project & Planning), and Mr. PK Patel, CVO, MCL.
Sambalpur- With an aim to make India corruption-free Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) today inaugurated a week-long observance of Vigilance Awareness Week (VAW-2021) from 26th Oct 2021 to 01st Nov 2021 at its Headquarters in Sambalpur.
At the outset, CMD MCL Mr. PK Sinha administered the CVC’s integrity pledge virtually to all the employees of MCL in the presence of Mr. Baban Singh, Director (Technical/ Project & Planning), and Mr. PK Patel, CVO, MCL.
Inaugural Ceremony was followed by flagging off of Vigilance Rath by Mr. Baban Singh, Director (Technical/ Project & Planning) for conducting awareness drives in Sambalpur and inauguration of selfie point at company headquarters.
In the evening, a seminar was organized at the auditorium in company headquarters in which Mr. Baban Singh, Director (Technical/ Project & planning) was present as chief guest whereas Sri B. Majhi, Vice-Chancellor, Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology, Burla presented a keynote address on this year’s theme Independent India @75: Self Reliance with Integrity. The program ended with a vote of thanks by Mr. SK Shukla, General Manager (Vigilance).
Apart from this, during Vigilance Awareness Week various programs are planned to be organized by the Vigilance Department for the employees, service providers, consumers, and students.
