WCL provides 1000 insulated containers to Annamrita Foundation

New Delhi: Western Coalfields Limited provided 1000 insulated containers for the centralized kitchen of Annamrita Foundation under its CSR head. These insulated containers were handed over by Chairman-cum-Managing Director Shri J.P. Dwivedi in a special ceremony on 29.03.2024.

It is noteworthy that on November 1, 2023, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between WCL and Annamrita Foundation, Nagpur to provide 1000 insulated containers for centralized kitchens. Annamrita Foundation provides free food to patients and their relatives in government hospitals, AIIMS and Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Cancer Hospital etc. in Nagpur. WCL has contributed to this noble cause under CSR.

Dr. Shyamsunder Sharma, Shri Praveen Sane and Shri Rajendran Raman of Annamrit Foundation expressed their gratitude to WCL for this help. General Manager (CSR) Shri A.K. Singh and his team were prominently present on the occasion.
