New Delhi: State-owned oil marketing company Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has informed stock exchanges about a change in its board composition following the completion of tenure of three Independent Directors.

In a regulatory filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company stated that Shri Pradeep Vishambhar Agrawal, Shri Gopal Krishan Agarwal, and Prof. Bhagwati Prasad Saraswat have ceased to be Directors of the company effective March 28, 2026.

The development was formally communicated to both the BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India. The change comes as part of routine board transitions aligned with corporate governance norms and tenure completion requirements for Independent Directors.
