Bilaspur, October 6, 2025: Coal India Limited's CVO Shri Brajesh Kumar Tripathy chaired a review meeting with the Heads of Departments at SECL Headquarters, Bilaspur on 06 Oct 2025. The meeting was attended by SECL CMD Shri Harish Duhan, Functional Directors, CVO SECL, and all HoDs from Headquarters.
During the meeting, CVO SECL made a detailed presentation outlining various initiatives and measures undertaken to enhance transparency and accountability, particularly through IT-based interventions.

Prior to the review meeting, Shri Tripathy visited SECL’s Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC), where he reviewed its operations. The team briefed that the ICCC currently monitors live feeds from more than 750 cameras installed across operational areas, mines, and coal loading silos. This extensive e-surveillance network has significantly strengthened monitoring and reduced delays in coal loading operations.
