CMPDI Nagpur starts management at your doorstep
RI-IV Nagpur personnel will visit and interact with remote grassroots employees to improve communication between staff and management.
Nagpur: CMPDI, RI-IV, Nagpur to improve governance has started “Management at your doorstep" initiative to understand the ground level problems faced by the employees.
Under this initiative, key personnel from various departments of RI-IV, Nagpur will visit and interact with grassroots-level employees working in remote locations thus establishing a communication link between employees and Management.

In the second phase, HOD(P&A), HoD(Excavation), HOD (Exploration), HOD(Finance) and other members visited three drilling sites of Anandwan camp and also visited Ekta Nagar colony on 30.01.2025 met and interacted with drill crews & other employees to know the problem faced by them.
In the first phase, Key officials visited the drilling camps of Durgapur in December, 2024.
