CSRL super 30 program funded by PSUs
New Delhi: One the top-most global institutions, Harvard Business School (HBS), has published it’s detailed case study on CSRL Super 30, a socio- economic program supported by various Oil & Gas PSUs as part of their CSR efforts. This will be used as a part of regular curriculum of not only HBS but of other leading Management Institutions of the world as well.
At CSRL Super 30, academically gifted but financially challenged students, including children of manual labour and farmers, are provided with one year of fully-sponsored residential coaching to compete for admissions in prestigious engineering colleges like IITs and NITs. Over the last several years, through a pan India approach, this program has helped about 3300 students of different states including Kashmir and Arunachal Pradesh. HBS case has highlighted this scale and impact which is achieved by few CSR projects. The project is executed by the NGO, Centre for Social Responsibility & Leadership ( CSRL).
