EIL on 79th Independence Day inaugurated new Office and CIC Building in Kolkata

New Delhi: On the occasion of the 79th Independence Day of India, C&MD EIL, Ms. Vartika Shukla, inaugurated the newly developed Office Premises and CIC Building in Kolkata. The inauguration marks a significant milestone in expanding EIL’s regional presence and enhancing operational capabilities.

The company celebrated 79th Independence Day of India at Engineers India Bhawan, New Delhi and the EIL Gurugram Office Complex with immense patriotic fervour and heartfelt reverence. The celebrations commenced with the unfurling of the Rashtriya Dhwaj by C&MD, Ms. Vartika Shukla, in the presence of Functional Directors, CVO, and senior officials.

In her address, the C&MD paid tribute to the sacrifices of the freedom fighters and emphasised the responsibility of every citizen to contribute towards nation-building. She reflected on India’s remarkable progress across sectors and reiterated EIL’s commitment to engineering excellence, sustainability and innovation in the service of the nation.

The day’s celebrations were further enriched by soulful musical renditions and vibrant dance performances by EILians and their family members, showcasing India’s rich cultural diversity.
