HUDCO to issue NCDs worth Rs 2,190 crore at 6.90% coupon rate
New Delhi: The Board of Directors of HUDCO (Housing Urban and Development Corporation) has announced the Raising of Unsecured, Taxable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible, Non-Cumulative NCDs of face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each (Series - B 2025) on a Private Placement Basis
The company stated in the filing that ‘Bond Allotment Committee’ in their meeting held today i.e., 06th May 2025, has approved the raising of Debentures as Unsecured, Taxable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible, NonCumulative NCDs of face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each (Series-B 2025) aggregating upto Rs. 2,190.00 Crore on Private Placement basis.

The Size of the Issue is Unsecured, Taxable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible, Non-Cumulative NCDs with Base Issue Size of Rs.500 Crore, Green Shoe Option is Rs. 1680 Crore and the Total Issue Size is Rs. 2190 Crore
The Bonds are redeemable at par at the end of 05 Year date of maturity and interest payment on yearly basis and the Coupon Rate is at 6.90%.
Shares of HUDCO got plunged by 3.63% at Rs 220.48 at NSE.
