IOCL P-25 Project Achieves Milestone: 1600 MT Reactor Successfully Erected at Panipat Refinery
The Indian Oil's P-25 project is also known as the Panipat Refinery Expansion project. The project is for the expansion of the refinery's refining capacity from 15 million metric tonnes per annum (MMTPA) to 25 MMTPA.

New Delhi: At the IOCL P-25 project site, a major milestone achieved of the successful and safe erection of a Reactor Weighing 1600 MT and having a Height of 55 Mtr and a diameter of 6 Mtr at the VGO—HDT Unit of Panipat Refinery in the early morning hours of 14.04.25, using the Strand Jack method, which involved 2 Jacks of 600 MT and 4 Jacks of 450 MT and a Tailing Strand Jack, which had 4 Jacks of 300 MT mounted on SPMT.
