IRCON Appoints Shri Rajesh Naik as Director (Projects)

New Delhi, 12 Feb 2026 – IRCON International Limited (IRCON), a premier infrastructure and engineering company under the Ministry of Railways, today announced the appointment of Shri Rajesh Naik, GGM at RITES Ltd., as Director (Projects). The appointment is effective from the date of assumption of charge and will continue until his superannuation on 31 May 2030, or until further orders.

The decision comes through the Ministry of Railways order No. 2024/E(O)/40/21, ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. IRCON will complete all formalities and make requisite disclosures upon Shri Naik assuming office.

The Ministry of Railways has requested Shri Naik to assume charge immediately, while RITES Ltd. has been asked to relieve him without delay. The appointment is part of IRCON’s strategic focus on strengthening project execution capabilities for national infrastructure initiatives.
