NBCC to work on UCO Bank's Modern high-rise structure

New Delhi: State-run Civil Construction Firm, NBCC (India) Ltd has been recently awarded the work order for the construction of Modern high rise structure of UCO Bank Head Office with Green Building Rating at New Town Kolkata.

The cost of the project is Rs 172.46 crore. Despite this, the shares are muted and fallen below -2.00 basis points.

Earlier, the PSU company has received a significant contract by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti for the construction of nine new Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas in the state of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, and Telangana. The total cost of the project is around Rs 518 crore. The initiative will be subject to align with the Government’s provision to provide quality and reliable education in remote areas.

Currently, the shares of NBCC are trading down by 1.61% at Rs 120.27 at BSE.
